Dabdo, Dowry Box Brass Saurashtra, Gujarat

The three legged dowry box is a speciality of the Kathi community of Saurashtra and is given at the time of marriage for storing clothes and jewellary. The decoration of the lotus a sun symbol, symbolizes their belief of being Surya Vanshi.
